For July we are taking First Fridays outside with outdoor art activities, a visit from Stan’s Ice Cream Truck and a demo of Jim Avery’s tandem dicycle.
July also features a special pop-up location, Riverlights Bookstore at 1098 Main St. in downtown Dubuque.
Artist & Photographer, Tim Olson will also be on hand to sign his new book featuring his project “St. Mary’s to Steeple Square -The Community Portrait, Photographs and Stories from Dubuque’s Washington Neighborhood.”

DuMA will be hosting an exhibition reception for Molly Wood & Ioana Mamali. The Museum will also be a festive stop on the city-wide First Fridays gallery hop featuring an ugly sweater contest, hot chocolate bar and make/take ornaments.

In June: Celebrate the opening of two new Summer exhibits: Lost in the Midwest: Photographs by Sandra Dyas and Handmade: A Craft Invitational. There will also be a member preview of the Upscale Resale tag-sale benefit, as well as live music by Iowa City musician Dave Moore.
