Ricki King of Roots to Branches Genealogy and City of Dubuque assistant planner Chris Happ Olson will discuss what they have discovered in their work on Dubuque’s Black Heritage Survey. This program is the final in a series of free lunchtime programs about genealogy and Dubuque history related to Intimate Exchange: Wendy S. Rolfe and Thérèse Mulgrew.
