FREE with Museum admission The Marine Corps League Color Guard of Dubuque will perform a flag raising ceremony, “Taps” and read the names of local veterans who lost their lives. Also featuring an artist talk by combat photographer Ron Testa at 2:30 PM. Refreshments will be served.
