4 ripe but firm avocados, peeled
½ medium onion, chopped
1 large tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped
¼ cup chopped cilantro
4 chipotle chiles in marinade, chopped
Salt to taste
Soak the chiles in hot water for 10 minutes, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
